Despite Equal Opportunities legislation being in place for more than 30 years, the Australian Human Rights Commission research found that half of mothers experienced discrimination in the workplace.
Career and family responsibilities tend to peak at the same time for many people, leading to work-life conflict. Mothers report higher levels of this conflict compared to fathers, especially those working full-time and in management or professional roles.
Organisations are working hard to attract and retain women. Thrive will help your organisations to retain female talent.
