While many individuals and organisations tout the importance of ‘inclusive behaviours' and 'inclusive leadership’, few can define what this looks like in practice. Based on the theory of unconscious bias, this interactive workshop is designed to assist leaders to both consider their day-to- day workplace behaviours, and identify and encourage a culture of inclusion in their team and organisation.
The Inclusive Leadership Workshop covers up to 10 inclusive leadership behaviours, and assists leaders to create their own action plan to become a more inclusive leader.

The program is delivered as a 3.5 hour workshop, and further enhanced through follow-up group coaching to strengthen participants’ learning and provide leaders with the opportunity to troubleshoot any challenges they may have experienced when putting their learning into practice.
