2 What information do we collect?

2.1 In the course of providing our services to or in our interactions with you in the course of our business, we may collect your personal information directly from you or from someone else acting on your behalf. This personal information may include:

a)    business contact information (such as your name, job title, organisation, location, telephone number, email address, and country of residence); and

b)    marketing information (such as contact preferences).

2.2 If you are a supplier or one of our employees, we will also normally collect your banking information (such as account name, BSB, and bank account number).

2.3 If you do not provide some or all of the personal information we request, we may be unable to effectively provide our services to you or receive services from you.

3 How do we collect your personal information?

3.1 We may collect your personal information directly from you when you submit an embedded form on our Website or in connection to our LinkedIn page.

3.2 Our methods of collection may include collecting personal information you have provided in our forms on our Website, or our LinkedIn page, including:

a)    contact us forms; or

b)    LinkedIn Live event registration forms.

3.4 We may use “cookies” to collect your preferences, record session information or collect information on how you visit and access our web pages.

3.6 Our cookies, do not directly collect any personal identifying information about you.

4 How do we store your personal information and who has access to it?

4.1 We store your personal information within:

a)    our SharePoint server; or

b)    third party suppliers such as Xero, and other third party suppliers whose services we may use from time to time.

4.3 Any employee of Diversity Inclusion may have access to your personal information that we store on our servers.

5 Why do we use your personal information?

5.1 We use your personal information for the purpose of facilitating or providing you with certain content, products and information about such content, products or services), electronic newsletters, news and media releases and event and launch information.

5.2 If you are our service provider or an employee then we use your personal information for the purpose of facilitating and managing your provision of services to us and our use of those services.

5.3 We may use the personal information we collect from you for direct marketing. You may at any time opt out of and/or unsubscribe from receiving direct marketing communication from us. Any direct marketing you do receive from us will show clear instructions on how to unsubscribe or opt out.

6 With whom do we share your information?

6.1 We may disclose your personal information to third parties such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Xero, and LinkedIn.

6.2 These third parties may be located in the United States  While we cannot guarantee these overseas recipients will comply with Australian laws, we will take the necessary steps in the circumstances to ensure that those recipients do not breach the Australian Privacy Principles in relation to your personal information.

6.3 We may disclose your personal information to these third parties for any of the following purposes:

a)    advertisement;

b)    retargeting;

c)    statistical reporting for campaigns; and

d)    measuring website visitor behaviour.

7 How can you access or correct your personal information?

7.1 If you are our client or are an individual with whom we deal on behalf of a client, then upon your request (which may be made by contacting our Privacy Officer using any of the details below), our Client Solutions team will find an appropriate way to provide you with access to update or remove your personal information held by Xero[GB2] . 7.2 If you are a service provider or are an individual with whom we deal on behalf of a service provider, then upon your request to our Privacy Officer (details below), we will find an appropriate way to provide you with access to personal information we hold about you and assist you to make corrections to it as necessary.

7.3 Different rules apply if you are our employee. If you are our employee and wish to discuss personal information we hold about you, contact the Privacy Officer.
