Inclusive Recruitment Workshop

This workshop, targeted at HR, recruitment officers and communications teams, equips employees with the skills to better attract diverse applicants. 

Our workshop focusses on:

• unconscious bias during each stage of the recruitment process, in particular biases that are most prevalent in Australian society

• how to optimise inclusion at each stage of the recruitment process

• specific language, content, and recruitment practices that are inclusive

• drafting best-practice inclusive communications e.g. inclusive job advertisements.
