Lucinda Hewitson
CEO and Founder
BPsych (Honours), MPsychLucinda Hewitson is an industry leader in Diversity and Inclusion. As an Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience, Lucinda works with companies and industry bodies in Australia and abroad.
Since establishing her business in 2013, Lucinda has advised global mining companies, federal and state government agencies, utilities, the insurance sector, community organisations and international consulting firms on diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Lucinda was formerly the Head of HR: Recruitment, Resourcing and Diversity & Inclusion at BAE Systems Australia. She was a finalist in the 2013 AHRI Diversity Awards and a Telstra Business Women's Award finalist in 2015 and 2020.

Georgia Brown
Programs Manager
BPsych (Honours), MPsychAs a member of the Diversity Inclusion team, Georgia partners with organisations across Australia, supporting them to assess their current state, identify specific needs and objectives, and implement strategies to support their improvement.
As a registered psychologist, Georgia holds a special interest in creating positive, psychologically safe, work environments, assessing and developing inclusive facilities and educating organisations about the benefits of diversity and inclusion.
Georgia delivers Diversity Inclusion’s workshops to clients across Australia, in global mining organisations, government agencies, professional and sporting organisations and within the production industry. She has also led the design and development of Diversity Inclusion’s online learning modules, partnering with clients to understand their unique needs, and creating online solutions to meet these requirements.

Jessica Merrick
Senior Consultant
M.A. Sociology, BA International Affairs, PGDipWith a Masters in Sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Gender and Women’s Studies, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from consulting and the higher education sector. Jessica joined Diversity Inclusion from EY in their People Consulting practice and has lived and worked in the United States, New Zealand and Australia.
She is passionate about inclusion in our workplaces and has experience working and researching areas such as gender, race, sexualities and Indigenous communities. Jessica is highly skilled in leadership development, facilitation and lectures in organisational development.
