 Managing Psychosocial Hazards

As of 1 April 2023, the model Work Health and Safety Act includes regulations on psychosocial hazards – the Code of Practice on Managing Psychosocial Hazards at work.

Organisations are responsible for ensuring, as far as is reasonably practicable, that employees are not exposed to risks to their psychological or physical health and safety.
