Our Leading Safety Program equips leaders and managers with the practical skills they need to build safe teams, increase psychological safety, and encourage an inclusive workplace culture.
Participants learn what psychosocial hazards are and work together to identify the hazards most relevant to the organisation and their teams. The Program unpacks the vital role that psychological safety plays in organisations and provides practical tools to transfer learning onto the job.
In addition, workshop participants build their own action plan and receive follow-up group coaching to discuss any challenges, roadblocks, or successes they may have experienced when putting their new knowledge into practice. This approach not only strengthens knowledge and solidifies participant learning, but provides an opportunity for employees to hear and learn from each other.
